Changes or cancellations are free up to 48 hours before check-in; after that, 100% fee applies. No-shows are charged the full amount. Reservations at Hotel Santa Maria can be conveniently made through our website, by phone, or via authorized third-party platforms. To secure your booking, a valid credit or debit card is required. Upon successful reservation, a confirmation will be sent to you via email or SMS, detailing your booking specifics. Modifications or cancellations are permitted without charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled check-in. Cancellations made after this period will incur a fee equivalent to 1005 of the price for the booked stay. In the event of a no-show, the full reservation amount will be charged. For group bookings involving five or more rooms, a deposit is necessary, and distinct terms apply. Please contact us directly for further information.

Check-In and Check-Out Policies

Guests are welcome to check in from 3:00 PM onwards. Should you require an early check-in, this is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee. Check-out is by 11:00 AM on your departure day. If you wish to extend your stay until 1:00 PM, a late check-out fee will apply. Upon arrival, all guests must present a valid photo ID for verification purposes.
